During my time at Yamaha Motor Co., I was tasked with conducting research in many different areas of the Yamaha marketing department. Some topics I discovered were social media tracking platforms, competitor analysis, social UGC curation and aggregation methodology, and social pre-sales and technical support user experience. I also crafted recommendations based on this research and pitched and executed ideas for content across social platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram posts and copywriting.
